Tour the new model home communities and new Seasons Market in Lake Las Vegas this Saturday, July 16 for a chance to win a staycation and experience the incomparable lifestyle the residential, golf and resort master plan community surrounding a 320-acre private lake offers. Eligibility for the staycation, a beach party and other prizes are available with a stamped Lake Las Vegas Passport of Fun.
Models at Regatta Pointe by CalAtlantic Homes, MonteLucca by Century Communities and The Peaks and Lago Vista by William Lyon Homes are now open. Designs feature desert contemporary architecture complementing Lake Las Vegas’ Mediterranean style and highlight spacious floor plans, many amenities and elegant appointments, and stunning mountain, Las Vegas Valley and Strip, master plan or lake views.
The model home opening event is part of Lake Las Vegas’ “Summer of Celebration,” which highlights the many activities and new developments throughout the community, and complements builder promotions.
To begin Saturday’s festivities, Sunny 106.5 is doing a radio remote from 10 a.m. to noon, and attendees must pick up a passport and map between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. at the new home communities, Seasons Market in MonteLago Village, or Reflection Bay Golf Course, the site of the remote and beach party beginning at noon.
Each family with a passport stamped from at least two of these locations, MonteLucca, Lago Vista, The Peaks, Regatta Pointe or Seasons Market, may enter the beach party. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
The beach party will feature free hamburgers and hot dogs, games for kids, hourly giveaways (one per family), and beach and Lake Las Vegas water activities including electric Duffy boats, flyboard, gondolas, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards. All activities and food are on a first-come, first-served basis.
The first 500 people to Reflection Bay with two stamps also are eligible for a free Lake Las Vegas hat. The first 200 people with three stamps are eligible for a 45-minute La Contessa yacht cruise at 1 p.m. or 3 p.m., or use of a paddle board, subject to availability.
Passport holders with all five stamps will be entered into a drawing for one of two Lake Las Vegas staycations. Both packages include a two-night hotel stay, two rounds of golf for four at Reflection Bay, and $50 in free groceries from Seasons Market. The drawings are at 3:30 p.m.
Limited parking is available at Reflection Bay and MonteLago Village. Additional parking is available by following signage to parking for shuttle bus service to the various locations.
