NAIOP Southern Nevada presents “Navigating the new normal: Directives, Sessions and Elections, Oh My!” at its August breakfast. NAIOP lobbyists Jon Leleu and Kerrie Kramer from Argentum Partners will present legislative results, from a commercial real estate perspective, of the two special sessions completed earlier this summer, as well as what’s on the agenda for a potential third special session. Other topics include Emergency Directives 008 and 025 and the upcoming local and national election.
