NAIOP Southern Nevada presents a panel discussion “The current economic climate: The calm before the storm?” at its May breakfast meeting. NAIOP has gathered a panel of experts including Marlene Fujita, CCIM, CBRE; Adam Horowitz, Lever Capital Partners; Jeff LaPour, LaPour and Matt Stater, Colliers International will provide insights starting with economic statistics to what is currently happening on the front lines with capital markets, investment sales and commercial development. This, on top of information on what may become the longest expansion since the boom fueled by the rise of the internet from 1991- 2001.
