Cameron Street, Suite C, in Las Vegas. Sun Commercial’s Mikel McCullough represented the lessee; Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce’s Bob Hawkins represented the lessor, Cameron Industrial Park LLC. The reported average rent equals 80 cents per square foot.
