Dornin Investment Group bought the 3-story 97,902-square-foot former Nevada Cancer Institute building at 3755 Breakthrough Way in Las Vegas for $20.3 million, or $207-per-square-foot, from American Nevada Co. Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Michael Roberts and Brunson Howard, and Commerce Real Estate Solutions Geoffrey West and Stephen Wilson represented the seller.The 5-year-old Class-A office building was 67% leased at time of the sale to University of Phoenix and Affinity Gaming.
