Troy Kearns Limited LLC bought the 26-year-old 15,210-square-foot former New Vista Plaza, on 1.24 acres, at 2001 S. Rainbow Blvd. in Las Vegas for $1.55 million, or $102-per-square foot, from Jarretts Children’s Trust. NAI Vegas’ Eric Larkin represented the seller; NAI Vegas’ Mark Musser represented the seller.
