Ron Pycior bought the 11,100-square-foot former Tank Master industrial building, on 2.04 acres, at 2642 Lone Mountain Road in North Las Vegas for $1,235,000, or $111-per-square-foot, from Berg Lone Mountain LP. Colliers International’s Dean Willmore represented both the buyer and the seller.
