Sang S C Realty Group LLC bought an 8-year-old 3,169-square-foot Arby’s, on 0.75 acres, inside Aliante Marketplace at 6979 Aliante Parkway in North Las Vegas for $2,050,000, or $647-per-square-foot, from Aliante Land LLC. The restaurant has a 20-year triple-net lease. Marcus & Millichap’s Tina Taylor and Dustin Alvino represented the seller.
