RRR Homes bought a two-story, 2,480-square-foot retail and apartment building, on 0.16 acres, at 3316 E Lake Mead Blvd. in North Las Vegas for $90,000, or $36-per-square-foot, from SA Challenger Inc. Voit Real Estate’s Kevin Higgins and Garrett Toft represented the seller.
