Egan Family Trust LP bought the 7,424-square-foot Operational Data Center at 4420 Diablo Drive in Las Vegas for $1,355,000, or $183-per-square-foot, from Holcombe Family Credit Shelter Trust. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Ben Millis and Chris Beets represented the seller; Cushman and Wakefield-Commerce’s Bob Hawkins represented the buyer.
