Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a 6,482-square foot O’Reilly Auto Parts store, located at 8021 North Durango Dr in Las Vegas. The asset sold for $2,575,000, or $397.25/SF. Dustin R. Alvino had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Marc US Investment Corporation, a Canadian Investment Corporation. The buyer, a private investor, was secured by Alvino as well.
