EdgeConneX LLC bought a 30,253-square-foot industrial building, on 1.44 acres, inside Pama Technology Center at 1541 Pama Lane in Las Vegas for $2,790,000, or $92 per square foot, from Oro Pama LLC. Jones Lang LaSalle’ Xavier Wasiak represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Dean Willmore represented the seller.
