Panattoni Development Company, a leading commercial real estate company with an office in Las Vegas, will host a groundbreaking event for its Jones Corporate Park project at the northwest corner of Sunset Road and Jones Boulevard at 10 a.m. on April 28. This industrial business park will include two buildings of equal size totaling approximately 416,000 square feet, providing existing and new businesses relocating to the southwest Las Vegas submarket with new Class A industrial space.
