Daka LLC bought an 8-year-old 8,158-square-foot office building inside The Park at Spanish Ridge, 8942 Spanish Ridge Avenue in Las Vegas for $1.35 million, or $165-per-square-foot, from Talmer Bank. NAI Las Vegas’ Eric Larkin and Mark Musser represented the buyer; Coldwell Banker Premiere Realty’s Ron Opfer represented the seller.
