The Devineni/Sharma Family Trust bought a 9,288-square-foot medical office building, on 0.80 acres, at 3777 Pecos McLeod in Las Vegas for $875,000, or $94-per-square-foot, from Stabilis Pecos McLeod LLC. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Ben Millis and Chris Beets represented the sellers; Majestic Properties’ Loreta Arenas represented the buyer in the transaction.
