Sandhill Road, Suite 600, in Las Vegas. Las Vegas Realty’s Dillon England represented the lessee; Colliers International’s Spencer Pinter, Dan Doherty, and Chris Lane represented the lessor, KTR LV II LLC. The reported average rent equals 53 cents per square foot triple net.
