Lamb Blvd., Suite 7, in Las Vegas. Voit Real Estate’s Kevin Higgins, Garrett Toft and Zac Zaher represented the lessor, Prologis LP; Voit Real Estate’s Jennifer Levine and Elizabeth Moore represented the lessee. The reported average rent equals 33 cents per square foot.
