R & O Construction is building a $51 million, 360-unit multifamily complex inside The District at Green Valley Ranch at 2151 Village Walk Drive in Henderson. George Smith Partners arranged the financing on behalf of the developers The Calida Group and Cypress Equity Investments. The Elysian at the District will finish construction in the second quarter of 2015.
