R. Cohen bought the 28-year-old 33,000-square-foot Rainbow Express Village, on 2.2 acres, at 1750 S. Rainbow Blvd. in Las Vegas for $2.7 million, or $82-per-square-foot, from VFC Properties 23 LLC. BIF Realty’s Josh Michaeli represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Brian Riffel represented the seller.
