Rainbow Blvd. in Las Vegas and the surrounding vicinity for $7,506,450, or $938,306-per-unit, from CMA Industries LLC and Solutions Holdings LLC. Sun Commercial Real Estate’s Cathy Jones, Paul Miachika, Jessica Cegavske, and Roy Fritz represented the seller. The sale includes the 24-year-old 38,784-square-foot Rainbow Oasis Center, on 2.96 acres, which was 56% occupied at the time of sale.
