Angelo Infante bought a 15-year-old 10,720-square-foot industrial building, on 0.57 acres, inside the Interstate Business Park at 5550 Reference St. in Las Vegas for $950,000, or $89-per-square-foot, from Dean R & Penny S Brunner Trust. Colliers International’s Dan Doherty, Susan Borst, Chris Lane and Jerry Dory represented the seller; Colliers International’s Michael De Lew and Greg Pancirov represented the buyer.
