Patron Investments LLC bought the 9-year-old 7,721-square-foot former Renaissance Catering building, on 0.35 acres, at 4465 Wagon Trail Avenue in Las Vegas for $1.35 million, or $175-per-square-foot, from Alfonzo Grace Rai, LLC. Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce’s Bob Hawkins represented the seller; Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce’s Dan Hubbard represented the buyer.
