R&O Construction is building a 12,000-square-foot 100% pre-leased strip retail center inside The HC | Hughes Center, the 68-acre master-planned business park in central Las Vegas. The one-story standalone building, designed by Nadel Architects, features five glass storefront restaurant spaces including: Panera Bread, The Habit Burger, Pieology, Jamba Juice and Chipotle. It occupies the former Hamada of Japan space at 365 E. Flamingo Road. The shuttered restaurant has since been demolished. Construction on the retail center is scheduled to finish the summer of 2015.
