M&W Enterprises LLC bought a 17-year-old 4,700-square-foot office building, on 0.46 acres, at 3360 E. Russell Road in Las Vegas for $390,000, or $83-per-square-foot, from JAM Properties International LLC. McMenemy Investment Services’ Ron McMenemy and Frank Consiglio Jr. represented the buyer.
