Hospitality Partners LLC bought a 5,126-square-foot office building inside Shea at Sunset at 3632 Sunset Road in Las Vegas for $400,000, or $78-per-square-foot, from Sunset Pecos II LLC. Colliers International’s Bridget Richards and Jason Lesley represented the seller.
