Labyrinthine Group bought an 8-year-old 2,554-square-foot office building inside Shea at Sunset at 3686 E. Sunset Road in Las Vegas for $242,630, or $95-per-square-foot, from Sunset Pecos II. Colliers International’s Bridget Richards represented the seller; Colliers International’s Jason Lesley represented the buyer.
