Michael Kaplan purchased the 7,695 square-foot Siewert Apartments located at 1114 East Clark Avenue in Las Vegas for $560,000. Jay Mitterlehner of American Realty Properties represented the buyer and James Slack, Michael LaBar and Michael Shaffner of Avison Young represented the seller, Lu & Dale Siewert.
