The Siegel Group bought the 27-year-old 120-unit Solana Square apartments, on 2.3 acres, at 454 E. Twain Avenue in Las Vegas for $4.2 million, or $35,000 per unit, from Paradise Park II LLP. Marcus & Millichap’s Perry White and Brett Beck represented the buyer. The 51,840-square-foot complex sold for $80 per square foot.
