WA Somerset Park 1-19 LLC sold the 16-year-old 51,646-square-foot Somerset Park, on 4.54 acres, at 7710 W. Sahara Avenue in Las Vegas for $7.8 million, or $151-per-square-foot, to an individual trust. Marcus & Millichap’s Perry White, Cesar Talavera, and Brett Beck represented the seller and buyer. The single-story, three-building medical office complex was 81.4% occupied at the time of sale.
