Jack Crocket bought the 23,049-square-foot former Southwest Printers building at 3721 Meade Ave. in Las Vegas for $1,450,000, or $63-per-square-foot, from NJP Management Trust. Avison Young’s Barton Hyde, Brandon McCool, and Aaron Goldberg represented the seller; Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce’s Danielle Steffen represented the buyer.
