NV Greenleaf Inc. bought a 5,226-square-foot industrial space inside the Spencer Industrial Park, on 4.78 acres, at 6580 Spencer St. in Las Vegas for $700,000, or $134-per-square-foot, from Martinez Development LLC. Sun Commercial’s Lisa Hauger and Tim Behrendt represented the seller; First Real Estate Companies’ Kevin Buckley represented the buyer.
