MCA Realty bought a 18-year-old 20,000-square-foot office building, on 1.58 acres, inside Patrick Business Center at 3915 E. Patrick Lane in Las Vegas for $1.3 million, or $65-per-square-foot, through a bankruptcy auction from Western Funding Inc. Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce’s Danielle Steffen and Amy Ogden represented both the buyer and seller. MCA Realty has since secured a five-year lease for the property with an automotive finance company.
