Studio Salons Tropicana signed a 5-year $388,800 lease renewal for 4,800 square feet of retail space inside the 7-year-old Tropicana Heights, on 4.38 acres, at 9640 W. Tropicana Ave., Suite 114, in Las Vegas. Commercial Executives’ Soozi Jones Walker and Bobbi Miracle represented the lessor, Teepee Development LLC. The reported average rent equals $1.35 per square foot.
