Cajun Connection LLC bought a 5,305-square-foot former Ruby Tuesday standalone restaurant, on 1.46 acres, at 1220 North Town Center Drive in Las Vegas for $1.5 million, or $283-per-square-foot, from Shaver Investment Corp. Avison Young’s Matt Bear represented the seller; Wardley Real Estate’s David Crowell represented the buyer.
