Ryan Misaresh, LEED AP of Team Emanuele at Simply Vegas has completed two recent transactions. The first deal was a 9,118 SF lease at Executive Center, a former REO asset located at 1515 E Tropicana Avenue to Tradeco Media Group, LLC, an automotive advertising group.
The second deal was a 52-month lease to Vegas One Realty for 6,216 SF of space at 4035 S. Tenaya Way. Vegas One represented themselves and Ryan represented the lessor, Flamingo/Tenaya LLC.
