Tenaya Village LLC bought the 9-year-old 50,000-square-foot Tenaya Village, on 6.29 acres, at 7220-7290 W. Azure Drive in Las Vegas for $9,935,000, or $199-per-square-foot, from Tenaya Vegas Partners LLC. Virtus Commercial’s Rob Hatrak and Chris Emanuel represented the buyer and seller.
