Prominent Las Vegas real estate developer, Thomas & Mack, is saying “thank you” in a way that is rarely seen in a business setting. It is naming a park at the McCarran Center after Dan Palmeri, senior director at Cushman & Wakefield Commerce, to thank and honor his tenant representation work. Palmeri leased more than 200,000 square feet in six buildings at the 100-acre business park and his team is the most active in bringing new companies to the McCarran Center.
The Palmeri Park will be a green space between four office buildings, primarily leased by Palmeri, as a break location for the employees at the business center. The park will feature outdoor seating below a mature tree canopy.
“I have often viewed the Thomas & Mack Group as mentors, and am undoubtedly honored to be recognized by them in this way,” said Dan Palmeri, senior director of tenant advisory group for the Las Vegas office of Cushman & Wakefield Commerce. “After they assured me that this wasn’t some kind of a joke, I couldn’t be anything but grateful for Thomas & Mack and proud of the Commerce team I work with that assisted on the leases.”
The naming ceremony was held Tuesday, January 31.
