The property is located at 6430 S. Procyon, Las Vegas, NV 89118 in the Southwest just off of Sunset Rd. and Valley View Blvd. “This purchase presented a unique investment opportunity due to the great location in an area where significant pieces of industrial land are becoming scarce; this coupled with its desirability from an operational standpoint gives the property long term intrinsic potential.” said Roesener. The sale closed in May 2015 for $3,310,000.00. The approximate aggregate value of the transaction is $243.83 per square foot.
