TWC Construction is building a 464,203-square-foot speculative LEED-certified industrial building, on 20.5 acres, inside Prologis Las Vegas Corporate Center, Building 19, at 3700 Bay Lake Trail in North Las Vegas. The project is scheduled to finish by April 2015. Voit Real Estate’s Kevin Higgins, Garrett Toft, and Zac Zaher are the leasing agents, with asking rents of 37 cents per square foot a month.
