LAS VEGAS (Oct. 6, 2020) – Colliers International | Las Vegas announced the Willmore Industrial Team represented the transaction that secured the United States Postal Service (USPS) approximately 118,000 square feet of additional warehouse and distribution space to be used as a peak season annex to process packages during the holiday season.
Located in the Foreign Trade Zone near Spencer Street and Sunset Road, the +/- 163,000 square-foot industrial center is a privately fenced, bulk distribution facility which features dock-hi truck loading doors with pit levelers in addition to the 12-foot by 14-foot grade level roll-up doors, which will provide USPS a secure location for its anticipated uptick in operations throughout the Las Vegas valley.
USPS’ newly acquired warehouse and distribution space is located at 6650 Spencer Street, which is located just east of the James C. Brown Jr. Regional Post Office on Sunset Road and Paradise Road. The Willmore Industrial team at Colliers International represented the landlord.
