CBRE announces today the sale of a medical office building located at 2704 N. Tenaya Way, Las Vegas, NV 89128. Charles Moore, CSM, and Marlene Fujita-Winkel, of CBRE’s Las Vegas office represented the seller, Tierra Nevada, LLC, in the transaction encompassing 44,894 square feet. According to Clark County Assessor property records, the sales price was $15,250,000.
The building was purchased by Universal Health Realty Income Trust and is 100 percent leased to United Healthcare Group.
