UNLV bought the 65,979-square-foot Flamingo Business Center, on 4.19 acres, at 1325 E. Flamingo Road in Las Vegas for $4 million, or $61-per-square-foot, from JO & Sons LP. Marcus & Millichap’s Ray Germain and Candace Carrell represented the seller. The 30-year-old property is only 33% occupied by a 99¢ Only Store.
