Out-of-State Buyers Seeking Apartment DealsLas Vegas’s apartment market saw small quarterly decreases in both vacancies and asking rents, reports UNLV’s Center for Business and Economic Research (CBER). The average asking rent for apartments this quarter was $758 – 2% less than last quarter ($775). It marks the first asking rent decrease since the first quarter of 2013.
