Vegas Game Point signed a 39-month $170,000 lease for 7,632 square feet of industrial space in McCarran Commerce Center at 365 Pilot, Suite C in Las Vegas. The landlord, DM Airport, and the tenant were represented by Joe Leavitt and Chris Lexis of Avison Young.
