ELSSS LLC bought a 6-year-old 8,426-square-foot medical office building, on 0.97 acres, inside The Village at Russell at 9120 W. Russell Road in Las Vegas for $1.5 million, or $178-per-square-foot, from CML-NV Cauldron LLC. Colliers International’s Bridget Richards represented the seller; Colliers International’s Jason Lesley represented the buyer.
