COMPLETED LEASE TRANSACTIONS:

  • Isela and Angel Blanco signed a 38-month lease for 1,100 square feet of industrial space located at 4480 Delancey Drive, Unit 12, in Las Vegas.  Matt Feustel of Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, Delancey Drive Investments, LLC; and Dane Terry of BHHS Nevada Properties represented the lessee in the transaction.
  • R & T Services, Inc signed a 62-month lease for 2,315 square feet of office space at Spanish Vista Office Park located at 4955 S. Durango Drive, Suite 100, in Las Vegas.  Matt Feustel of Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, Wardy Amen III & Traci A; and Lyndon Holdeman of Keller Williams represented the lessee in the transaction.
  • Maria Mendoza & Luis Hernandez signed a 62-month lease for 1,400 square feet of retail space located at 7501 N. Cimarron Road, Suite 108, in Las Vegas.  Matt Feustel of Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, Ang Investments, LLC in the transaction.
  • It Girls + Co signed a 36-month lease for 3,578 square feet of industrial space located at 3525 Procyon Street in Las Vegas.  Brett Beck II of Virtus Commercial represented the lessee and the lessor, C M R Realty, LLC, in the transaction.

COMPLETED RENEWAL:

  • Cold Stone Creamery renewed 1,482 square feet of retail space for 60 months at the Shops at Sunset located at 1311 W. Sunset Road, Suite 110, in Henderson.  Chris Emanuel of Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, Gloamin Holdings, LLC, in the transaction.
