BKM Las Vegas, Landcare, and the Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) recently held an open house for association members and tenants of Hughes Airport Center in Las Vegas. BKM is embarking on a large-scale conservation project which includes replacing over 850,000 square feet of turf back to native xeriscape. The project is expected to decrease annual water usage by 76% in common areas! Landcare and SNWA were on-site to answer questions on the upcoming project and show their support for this initiative.
