Griffis Residential bought the 15-year-old 332-unit Wellington Apartments at 9550 W. Sahara Avenue in Las Vegas for $43,160,000, or $130,000 per unit, from The Picerne Group. ARA’s Christopher Bentley and Melissa Salas represented the seller. The 317,971-square-foot property sold for $136 per square foot. The two-story complex, on 13.95 acres, was 93.98% occupied at the time of sale.
