Flamingo Road in Las Vegas for $4.2 million, or $4,698-per-unit, from West Flamingo Road, LLC. Preston Matthews Real Estate Services’ Ryan Howse represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Grant Traub and Chris Connell represented the seller.
