Zappos today moved into its newly refurbished headquarters in downtown Las Vegas. PENTA Building Group completed a $43.5 million update to the 11-story former City Hall building at 400 E. Stewart Ave. The 41-year-old 276,500-square-foot complex received a complete overhaul, with new interiors, electrical and mechanical systems, among other things. KMD was the architect, with Carpenter Sellers Del Gatto as associate architect. Jones Lang LaSalle was the construction manager.
